Change a client's status

Marking clients Inactive hides them from day-to-day lists while preserving their history.

When to change status

A project finishes and you're not expecting more work soon. • A lead goes cold but you want to keep their details on file.

Steps – Table view

  1. Hover any client row and click the ⋮ (three-dot) menu on the right.
  2. Select Mark as Inactive or Mark as Active depending on the current state.
  3. The pill in the Client Status column updates instantly.

Steps – Mobile card view

  1. Tap the menu on the card's top-right.
  2. Choose the appropriate Mark as … option.

Bulk status change?

This feature is on our roadmap. For now you'll need to update clients one-by-one.

Tip

Use the Active / Inactive tabs above the table to quickly filter your view.
