How to Create Your Account

Step 1: Navigate to the Sign-Up Page

Visit the growlio sign-up page and you'll see a clean, straightforward registration form.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Fill in the required fields:

Full Name: Your first and last name
Email Address: Use a valid email you have access to (you'll need to verify it)
Password: Create a strong password (at least 8 characters)

Tip: Use a business email if possible - it makes it easier for team members to recognize you later.

Step 3: Accept Terms and Submit

Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Click the "Create Account" button

The system will process your registration and send a verification email to your inbox.

Step 4: Verify Your Email

Check your email inbox for a message from growlio
Open the verification email
Click the "Verify Email" button or link
You'll be redirected to the login page or automatically logged in

Troubleshooting

Issue: I didn't receive the verification email

Solution: Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, return to the login page and click "Resend verification email". Make sure you entered the correct email address during sign-up.

Issue: The verification link expired

Solution: Verification links expire after 24 hours for security. Request a new verification email from the login page.

Issue: I get an error saying "Email already exists"

Solution: This email is already registered. Try logging in instead, or use the "Forgot Password" option if you can't remember your credentials.

Issue: My password doesn't meet requirements
