Convert a lead to a client

Celebrate closed-won deals by moving them into the Clients module.

Why convert?

  • Unlock client-specific tools: invoices, projects, portal access, etc.
  • Preserve the history—lead notes travel with the new client record.

Steps (Table/List views)

  1. Locate the lead marked Won (or any status).
  2. Click the menu at the end of the row.
  3. Select Convert to Client.
  4. Confirm in the pop-up. A toast displays progress.
  5. You're redirected to the freshly created client profile.

Kanban board

  1. Open the card's menu and choose Convert to Client.
  2. Alternatively, drag the card to the Converted column to complete.

What happens next?

  • Lead status switches to Converted and is archived from active funnels.
  • A matching client record appears under Clients with full details.

Reversing a conversion

This isn't currently supported. Delete the client and recreate the lead if required.
