View form responses

Review submissions, change status and convert prospects to leads.

Access responses

Open any lead form.

  1. Click the Responses tab at the top.
  2. All submissions appear in a table with submission details.

Response details

Each row shows:

  • Submitted data from all form fields
  • Submission date and time
  • Status (New, Reviewed, Converted, etc.)
  • Actions menu for further options

View full responses

  1. Click View Details from the actions menu.
  2. A modal shows all submitted field data.
  3. Review the complete prospect information.

Change response status

  1. Click the menu next to any response.
  2. Choose Change Status.
  3. Pick from: New, Reviewed, Qualified, Converted, Rejected.

Convert to lead

  1. In the actions menu, select Convert to Lead.
  2. The response data creates a new lead record in your pipeline.
  3. You're redirected to the new lead profile.

Bulk actions

  • Select multiple responses with checkboxes.
  • Use toolbar options for bulk status changes or exports.

Tip

Set up a workflow to review new responses daily and convert qualified prospects.
