Troubleshooting
Issue: Dashboard shows no data
Solution: New accounts start with an empty dashboard. Add clients, leads, or proposals to see data populate. Import existing records if you have them in CSV format.
Issue: Metrics seem incorrect
Solution: Refresh your browser to update data. Check date range filters - you might be viewing a specific time period. Verify records are properly categorized (e.g., leads marked with correct status).
Issue: Dashboard loads slowly
Solution: Clear browser cache and cookies. Close unnecessary browser tabs. Large data sets take longer to load - consider archiving old records you no longer need active.
Issue: Missing widgets that others see
Solution: Some widgets are role-restricted or plan-specific. Check your user role and subscription tier. Contact your administrator to request access or upgrade.
Issue: Charts display incorrectly
Solution: Try a different browser or update your current one. Ensure JavaScript is enabled. Disable browser extensions that might interfere with chart rendering.
