Set up integrations

Connect calendar and accounting tools to streamline your workflow.

Available integrations

Connect these external services:

  • Google Calendar – sync appointments and project deadlines
  • Zoho Books – automatic accounting and financial sync
  • More integrations coming soon

Access integrations

  1. Click your avatar/initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.

Google Calendar setup

Sync your calendar to see appointments alongside projects:

  1. In the Integrations tab, find Google Calendar.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Choose your Google account and Allow permissions.
  4. Select sync preferences:
    • Share platform events with Google – project deadlines appear in calendar
    • Show Google events in platform – see appointments in project timelines
  5. Click Save.

Zoho Books setup

Automatically sync financial data:

  1. Find Zoho Books in the Integrations tab.
  2. Click Connect and sign in to your Zoho account.
  3. Grant permissions for data access.
  4. Choose which data to sync:
    1. Customers and invoices
    2. Expenses and transactions
    3. Chart of accounts
  5. Save your preferences.

  • Automatic invoice creation
  • Expense tracking sync
  • Real-time financial reporting
  • Eliminate double data entry

Integration troubleshooting

Connection failed:

  • Check your login credentials
  • Ensure you have admin access to the external service
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting

Data not syncing:

  • Allow 5-10 minutes for initial sync
  • Check integration permissions
  • Verify the external service is working

Managing integrations

  • Disconnect – removes the integration but keeps existing data
  • Reconnect – refreshes the connection if issues occur
  • Sync status – shows last successful sync time

Tips

  • Set up Google Calendar first for immediate scheduling benefits
  • Zoho Books requires a paid Zoho subscription
  • Some features may require specific permission levels
