Contracts formalize your business relationships and protect both parties. Start with professional templates and customize terms to match your specific needs.

Steps to create a contract

  1. Navigate to Business Development > Contracts.
  2. Click the blue Add New button.
  3. Complete the contract setup:

Basic Information

  • Contract Title (Required) – descriptive name for the agreement
  • Template (Required) – choose from available contract templates
  • Client (Required) – select the other party to the contract
  • Effective Date (Optional) – when the contract takes effect
  • Expiry Date (Optional) – when the contract expires or renews

Contract Details

  • Custom Terms – modify template clauses as needed
  • Payment Terms – specify billing and payment schedules
  • Scope of Work – define deliverables and responsibilities
  • Legal Clauses – add jurisdiction, dispute resolution, etc.

Recipients & Delivery

  • Recipient Emails – who should receive the contract for signing
  • Delivery Message – custom note to include with the contract
    • Save as Draft to continue editing later or Send to deliver immediately.
