Downloading from live preview
While Creating/Editing:
1. Enable the Live Preview panel (desktop only).
2. Click Save as PDF in the preview header.
3. Your browser will generate and download the PDF automatically.

Downloading from proposals list
Table View:
1. Click the ⋮ menu next to any proposal.
2. Select Download PDF from the actions menu.
3. PDF generates and downloads immediately.
Mobile View:
1. Tap the ⋮ menu on any proposal card.
2. Choose Download PDF from the options.
3. File saves to your device's download folder.
