Add a new lead to your pipeline

Collect contact information, company data and opportunity value in one form.

Overview

New leads feed your sales pipeline. A rich profile records channels, status, estimated value and notes so your whole team stay aligned.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Leads in the sidebar.
  2. Click the blue Add New button.
  3. In the New Lead panel, fill the essential fields:
    1. Lead Name (Required)
    2. Status – defaults to New
    3. Lead Type (Company / Individual / etc.)
  4. (Optional) Add company, contact and opportunity details – Value, Source, Website, etc.
  5. Scroll to Address Information if location matters.
  6. Add internal Notes your team can see.
  7. Hit Create Lead.
  8. A success toast appears and the lead drops into the chosen view (Table/Kanban/List).

Troubleshooting

  • Required field warning – fill all mandatory fields.
  • Duplicate email – the platform prevents identical emails for active leads.
