Create a new lead form
Build custom capture forms with drag-and-drop fields and styling options.
Overview
Lead forms capture prospect information directly from your website or campaigns. The form builder lets you add fields, customize styling and track submissions.
Steps
- Navigate to Lead Forms in the sidebar.
- Click the blue Add New button.
- In the Create New Lead Form page:
- Enter Form Name (Required)
- Add an optional Description
- The URL Slug auto-generates but can be edited
- Use the form builder to add fields by clicking + Add Field.
- Choose field types: Single Line, Multi-line, Number, Date, Yes/No, Dropdown, etc.
- Configure each field's label, requirements and validation.
- (Optional) Add Sections to group related fields.
- Click Save Draft to store your progress.
Publishing options
- Save Draft – keeps the form private for editing.
- Publish – makes the form live and shareable.
Tips
- Use the Preview button to see how the form looks to visitors.
- The URL slug becomes part of your public form link:
/forms/org-name/form-slug
