Create a new lead form

Build custom capture forms with drag-and-drop fields and styling options.

Overview

Lead forms capture prospect information directly from your website or campaigns. The form builder lets you add fields, customize styling and track submissions.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Lead Forms in the sidebar.
  2. Click the blue Add New button.
  3. In the Create New Lead Form page:
    1. Enter Form Name (Required)
    2. Add an optional Description
    3. The URL Slug auto-generates but can be edited
  4. Use the form builder to add fields by clicking + Add Field.
  5. Choose field types: Single Line, Multi-line, Number, Date, Yes/No, Dropdown, etc.
  6. Configure each field's label, requirements and validation.
  7. (Optional) Add Sections to group related fields.
  8. Click Save Draft to store your progress.

Publishing options

  • Save Draft – keeps the form private for editing.
  • Publish – makes the form live and shareable.

Tips

  • Use the Preview button to see how the form looks to visitors.
  • The URL slug becomes part of your public form link: /forms/org-name/form-slug .
