How to Convert Leads to Clients
Step 1: Identify Leads Ready for Conversion
Review your pipeline for leads with "Won" status or leads where you've closed the deal. These are candidates for conversion to client records.

Tip: Move leads to "Won" status before converting to maintain accurate pipeline metrics.
Step 2: Open Lead Details
Click on the lead you want to convert to open their detailed view. Verify all information is complete and accurate before conversion.


Step 3: Access Conversion Option
Look for the "Convert to Client" button or option in the lead's action menu. This is typically prominent in the lead detail view for won opportunities.

Step 4: Confirm Conversion
Click "Convert to Client" to complete the process. growlio creates a new client record and archives the lead, maintaining a link between them.
