Step 6: Review Submission Metadata

Check when the form was submitted, what device was used, location information (if captured), and time spent on the form.

Troubleshooting

Issue: No responses showing for published form

Solution: Verify form is actually published and accessible. Check that submissions aren't going to spam. Ensure form embed code is correct on your website. Test by submitting the form yourself.

Issue: Can't see full response details

Solution: Click the response row to expand full details. Ensure you have appropriate permissions to view responses. Refresh the page if data isn't loading. Check internet connection.

Issue: Responses show as "Unread" after viewing

Solution: Manually mark as read if auto-marking isn't working. Check browser settings allowing session cookies. Clear cache and try again. Report to support if issue persists.

Issue: Can't convert response to lead

Solution: Verify email doesn't already exist in your leads or clients. Check that required lead fields are included in the form. Ensure you have permissions to create leads. Try manual lead creation if conversion fails.

Issue: Missing form fields in responses

Solution: Verify those fields were included when form was submitted. Check if fields were added to form after submission occurred. Some fields may be hidden based on conditional logic.
